DB2000MT SYSTEM : SCU System Conditioning Units.

These units allow for security, isolation, circuit protection, personnel protection and filtering devices to be incorporated into the installation at a local level. This can be as part of a larger plug and play system, or as an independent “lump-in-line” unit.

For example a filter SCU can be used in conjunction with a standard power distribution unit (PDU) to “condition” the power fed to the socket outlets, or as “lump-in-line” filter for a PC.

SCU units are normally supplied with the Wieland style industry standard plug and play connection system and so require relevant feed and link leads for connection. The units may also be supplied hardwired with UK, IEC, Schuko and other international plugs, or with busbar tap-offs from all leading manufacturers.
